Lieutenant Governor of Puducheri and retired IPS officer Kiran Bedi has inaugurated the 47th All India Police Science Congress (AIPSC) at police headquarters in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. The UP Police in association with the home ministry and the Bureau of Police Research and Development (BPRD) has organised the 2-day event.

Union Minister of Human Resource Development (HRD) has launched 3 books for children namely Kumbh, Garam Pahad and Dilli ki Bulbul (Sindhi edition) in New Delhi. The 3 books, penned by Dr. Anita Bhatnagar Jain , are a collection of stories for children and have documented the environmental issues & topics like socio-cultural unity, cultural heritage along with the message of save environment in a very lucid manner.

Two IITs (IIT Gandhinagar & IIT Kharagpur) and the National Council of Science Museums (NCSM) have joined hands to develop Gandhipedia to commemorate Mahatma Gandhi’s 150th birth anniversary. The Gandhipedia is an online repository of books, letters and speeches written by Mahatma Gandhi. Approx 100 works of Mahatma Gandhi such as his letters and speeches would be uploaded in the portal. The entire project will be done with the help of Artificial Intelligence (AI).
On November 28, 2019 Aditya Birla Finance became the first company to list its commercial papers borrowing of Rs 100 crore on the Indian stock exchanges. The non-banking finance company (NBFC) listed its CPs on NSE with a value date of November 28, 2019 and maturity date on February 7, 2020.
Indian archers Deepika Kumari and Ankita Bhakat won the gold and silver medals respectively in the women’s individual recurve event of the 21st Asian Championships in Bangkok on November 28. Deepika defeated Ankita 6-0 in the one-sided final. The duo had earlier secured an individual Olympic quota for the country by storming into the semifinals of the event.
Union Government is planning to set up a new rocket launch pad near Kulasekarapattinam in Tamil Nadu. At present, the Indian Space Research organisation (ISRO) has two launch pads at Satish Dhawan Space Centre (SDCC) in Sriharikotta, Andhra Pradesh.

The new launch pad is intended to be used for future Indian rockets including- Geosynchronous Satellite Launch Vehicle (GSLV) Mk III, Avatar Reusable Launch Vehicle (RLV), Unified Modular Launch Vehicle (UMLV), Small Satellite Launch Vehicle (SSLV), and even older ones like Polar Satellite Launch Vehicle (PSLV) and Geosynchronous Satellite Launch Vehicle (GSLV).

Spike is an Israeli fire-and-forget anti-tank guided missile and anti-personnel missile with a tandem-charge HEAT warhead, currently in its fourth-generation. Indian Army test-fired Israeli anti-tank missile in Mhow district of Madhya Pradesh. The missiles are called Spike Long-range (LR) anti-tank guided missiles.
The government has organized a two-day Conference on Ek Bharat Shreshta Bharat from 30th November- 1st December 2019 at Jammu. It had been inaugurated by Dr. Jitendra Singh and many more ministers.
