  1. SCEPTICAL (Adjective)
    Meaning: not easily convinced; having doubts or reservations.
    Synonyms: dubious, doubtful, unconvinced.
    Antonyms: certain, convinced, optimistic.
    Usage: I am sceptical about his chances of winning.
  2. INTIMIDATE (Verb)
    Meaning: frighten or overawe (someone), especially in order to make them do what one wants.
    Synonyms: dishearten, dismay, terrify
    Antonyms: please, praise
    Usage: They tried to intimidate the young people into voting for them.
  3. REPINE (Verb)
    Meaning: feel or express discontent; fret.
