  1. HISTRIONIC (noun)
    Meaning: melodramatic behavior designed to attract attention.
    Synonyms: drama, affectation, exaggerated, farcical.
    Antonyms: restrained, subdued, phlegmatic, stolid.
    Usage: Whenever the spoiled toddler does not get her way, she begins to yell in a histrionic manner.
  2. HOLISTIC (adjective)
    Meaning: relating to or concerned with complete systems rather than with individual parts.
    Synonyms: comprehensive, integrated, complete.
    Antonyms: deficient, fragmental , divided, reduced.
    Usage: Under the project guidelines, the student educators must create a holistic lesson that makes use of all five senses.
  3. INTRANSIGENT (adjective)
    Meaning: unwilling or refusing to change one’s views or to agree about something.

    Meaning: extremely sarcastic or critical.

  10. CLOYING
    Meaning: disgust or sicken (someone) with an excess of sweetness, richness, or sentiment.
    Synonyms:over the top, honeying
    Antonyms: mild, good
