1. ditch (verb) – छोड़ देना
Pronunciation:
 dich
Meaning: a narrow channel dug at the side of a road or field, to hold or carry away water; get rid of or give up; end a relationship with someone
Synonyms: throw away, discard, get rid of, dispose of, do away with, abandon, leave, desert, forsake
Antonym: keep
Usage:

  • The horse jumped over the ditch. (noun)
  • ditched that old hat of yours. (verb)

2. peremptory (adjective) – आदेशपूर्ण, अनुल्लंघनीय
Pronunciation:
 pur-em(p)t(u)ri
Meaning: expecting to be obeyed immediately and without any questions
Synonyms: brusque, imperious, brisk, abrupt, commanding
Antonyms: subservient, submissive, deferential
Usage: He started issuing peremptory instructions.

3. overbearing (adjective) – रोबदार
Pronunciation:
 over-bi-ur-ing
Meaning: unpleasantly & extremely strong or intense
Synonyms: domineering, dominating, autocratic, tyrannical, despotic, oppressive
Antonyms: humble, meek
Usage: She found him rude and overbearing.

4. inadvisable (adjective) – अनुचित, गैरमुनासिब

Meaning: likely to have unfortunate consequences

5. expatriate (noun, adjective) – प्रवासी

Meaning: a person who lives outside his native country; denoting or relating to a person living outside their native country

6. mingle (verb) – मिल जाना
Pronunciation:

Meaning: an instance of claiming that an evidence or accusation is false
Synonyms: refutation, denial, disproving, countering, invalidation, negation, contradiction
Antonym: confirmation
Usage: The Ministry of Defense issued a rebuttal of the report two hours before it was published.

9. vehement (adjective) – जोशीला, प्रचंड, प्रबल
Pronunciation
: vee-uh-munt
Meaning: showing strong feeling; forceful, passionate, or intense
Synonyms: passionate, forceful, ardent, impassioned, heated
Antonyms: mild, apathetic
Usage: The proposal has faced vehement opposition from many teachers.

10. ensue (verb) – पीछे घटित होना
Pronunciation: 
in-syoo / en-syoo
Meaning: happen or occur afterwards or as a result
Synonyms: result, follow, develop, stem
Usage: Things would go back to normal for a while but then another fight would ensue.
