The Art of Cracking LIC- ADO Examination

 

The Life Insurance Corporation of India is a government organization which provides comprehensive Life Insurance Policies. When it comes to LIC, do not consider the Insurance Agent as the only job perspective. There are several other job vacancies in LIC that appear every year. The Freshers are usually recruited as Assistant Administrative Officers. The educational requirement differs from department to department. For instance CA candidates and Post Graduate Commerce students would be taken for the Finance Department and the students of Management would be taken in the Human Resource Department and so on.

Very soon the organization will be releasing its notification for filling up 1000 expected vacant posts. It will be a golden opportunity for job aspirants as the number of expected vacant positions are huge. The preparation for the examination must be begun at the earliest as it is practice that makes a man perfect. The eligibility criteria and other details are given below:

LIC ADO Selection Process: –

To get selected for the LIC ADO post, candidates have to clear three selection stages of the examination. First of all they have to get marks as per the cutoff in the online examination. After that, candidates will be called for the Interview procedure. After these, students must have to clear the medical examination for final selection.

Everyone is full of desires but the world outside is full of realities. A wise balance has to be maintained between both. This is the real art of cracking a government examination. This art needs to be cultivated by rigorous practice under proper supervision. At least ten to twelve Model question papers should be solved everyday and the updates on current affairs should also be kept in mind. Since it is not possible to remember master everything the most important topics should often be revised so that they don’t get easily forgotten. If these basic habits are nurtured in oneself, the LIC- ADO Post is a must.
